Delivery Format

All artwork on our website is available as digital downloads only—no physical items will be shipped. This means instant access to your purchased prints, with no waiting or shipping fees.

How It Works

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a PDF file with a link to a Google Drive folder where you can download your artwork. You can access this file in three ways:

• Thank You Page: Instantly available after checkout.

• Confirmation Email: Sent to your inbox after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

• Your Account: If you create an account using the same email used at checkout, you can access all your past orders anytime.

For the best experience, we recommend downloading your files to a computer rather than a phone or tablet.

File Details

• Included File Ratios: Each digital print comes in multiple standard aspect ratios—2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 5:7, 11:14, 16:9, and 1:1—so you can easily find a size that fits your frame. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

• Custom Sizes: Need a different size? We offer free resizing! Just send us a request, and we’ll adjust the file for you.

Delivery Time

Your files will be ready for download immediately after payment is confirmed. Most transactions are processed instantly, but some payment methods may take slightly longer.

Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues downloading your files, such as missing emails or broken links:

1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder – Sometimes, confirmation emails end up there.

2. Contact Us – If you still need help, reach out via our contact form or email hello@dwellandbloomprints.com with your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds & Returns
